Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays that are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Alexis Ang Aesthetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Alexis Ang Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
