Return & Refund Policy – Alexis Ang Aesthetics

Due to the professional nature of our skincare products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Returns will only be considered in the rare case of a verified allergic reaction. If you believe you have experienced an allergic reaction, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details so we can review the situation.

If a return is approved, the product must be returned for inspection and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

All return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and Alexis Ang Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse returns if the policy is misused.
